What is BRIDGES TO ACCESS®?

Bridges to Access is GlaxoSmithKline's patient assistance program that provides GSK non-oncology medicines—at no cost—to qualified patients.

Who Is Eligible for Bridges to Access?

How Do I Enroll in Bridges to Access?

  • There are 2 ways for patients to enroll in Bridges to Access:
  • Either way, a completed application and income documentation is all that is needed to determine if you may be eligible for the program.
    • If enrollment documents are submitted by fax, be sure to put the applicant’s name and date of birth on each page. Also please note that faxed prescriptions are only valid if faxed directly from a physician’s office. Faxed prescriptions received from any other location will not be accepted and will delay medication shipment to the patient.

How Do I Know If I Qualify for Bridges to Access?

  • Eligibility for Bridges to Access is determined during the enrollment process. See the eligibility criteria for additional information.
