- I'm having trouble logging in, what do I do? / I am a new Advocate, what do I do?
In order to log into the Advocate pages you must first be a registered Advocate. If you are not registered as an Advocate you can register by calling Bridges to Access at 1-866-728-4368 or Commitment to Access at 1-866-265-6491.
- How do I log-in?
Go to the Advocate Sign-In box and enter your User ID or email address and Password. The password must be 8-20 characters long and is case sensitive. Be sure to enter the User ID/email address and password in the same format used when you created them.
- How do I create a User ID and Password?
Go to the Advocates Corner and select the Create an Online Account link. Then enter the information requested at the prompts and follow the steps to Create an Account:
Advocate Verification: requires your Advocate ID, last name and zip code.
Account Setup: requires you to use your email address and select a Password. (Each Advocate must use his or her own email address. Multiple Advocates cannot use the same email address.)
- I forgot my log-in ID and password. How can I get it?
You can use your email address in place of your User ID go to the Advocate Sign-In box and select the Forgot Your Password link. At the prompt enter your email address and create a new password.
To obtain your password go to the Advocate Sign-In box and select the Forgot Your Password link, then at the prompt enter your User ID and press submit. At the next prompt enter the answer to your security question and press Submit. You will then receive a message letting you know that your password has been reset and will be emailed to you.
- If I am already an Advocate, do I need to re-register?
If you already have an Advocate ID, you are registered as an Advocate in the program. However, in order to access the secure section of this site you will need to create an online account.
If you are not registered as an Advocate, you will first need to register by calling Bridges to Access at 1-866-728-4368 or Commitment to Access at 1-866-265-649.
- How do I register to become an Advocate?
If you are not registered as an Advocate you will need to register before you can access the security section of this site. You can register to become an Advocate by calling Bridges to Access at 1-866-728-4368 or Commitment to Access at 1-866-265-6491.
- Can I provide my Sign in User ID and password to a co-worker?
Sign in information is specific to the Advocate's patient assistance program ID, and is tied to the Advocate's email address. Only someone who serves as an advocate should be given access to a patient's information.
- When trying to Sign in I received an error message that said my account has been locked, what do I do?
For security purposes your account will lock after 5 failed attempts to Sign in. You may Sign in again, once you have changed your password by clicking on Forgot Your Password?
