Mail Order Pharmacy
A patient requiring prescription assistance past the initial 60-day period in Bridges to Access will receive refills for most medicines through our mail order pharmacy.
An Advocate will receive an enrollment confirmation letter containing instructions for mailing the prescription for mail order refills if the patient needs continued help.
The first refill automatically will be mailed to the mailing address designated on the enrollment form.
Each subsequent refill must be requested by calling 1-866-PATIENT or by visiting www.BridgesToAccessRefills.com at least three weeks before the patient’s
existing supply of medicine is completed.
