Sign in and Registration Help
  1.    I’m having trouble logging in, what do I do?/I am a new Advocate, what do I do?

In order to log into the Advocate pages you must first be a registered Advocate.  If you are not registered as an Advocate you can register on-line by going to the Advocate Sign-In box and clicking on the New Advocate? Register Now link and completing the attestation, or you can register by calling 1-866-728-4368.

2.    How do I log-in?

Go to the Advocate Sign-In box and enter your User ID and Password.  Remember your User ID and password are case sensitive.  The User ID is 3-16 characters long and the password is 6-16 characters long.  They will need to be entered in the same format used when you created them.

3.  How do I create a User ID and Password?

Go to the Advocate Sign In box and select the Already registered? Create a User ID link.  Then enter the information requested at the prompts and follow the steps to Create an Account:
Advocate Verification:  requires your Advocate ID, last name, and zip code.
Account Setup:  requires you to select a User ID and Password, security question, and your email address.  (Each Advocate must use his or her own email address.  Multiple Advocates cannot use the same email address.)
Activation:  the system then sends you an email with a link to
activate the User ID and password.
The User ID and password are case sensitive. The User ID must be 3-16 characters long and the password must be 6-16 characters long. There can be no space or unusual characters in either the User ID or password.

4.     What should I do if I don’t get the confirmation email?

You will receive the email from info_mail@gsk.com.  If you do not receive an email in a reasonable amount of time, you may want to check your spam blocker to see if the email was redirected to the trash folder.

5.    I forgot my log-in ID and password.  How can I get it?

To obtain your User ID go to the Advocate Sign-In box and select the Forgot User ID link.  At the prompt enter your email address and your user ID will be emailed to you.

To obtain your password go to the Advocate Sign-In box and select the forgot password link, then at the prompt enter your User ID and press submit.  At the next prompt enter the answer to your security question and press submit.  You will then receive a message letting you know that your password has been reset and will be emailed to you.

6.    If I am already an Advocate, do I need to re-register?

If you already have an Advocate ID you are registered as an Advocate in the program.  However, in order to access the secure section of this site you will need to have a User ID and Password.

If you are not registered as an Advocate you will first need to register on-line by going to the Advocate Sign-In box and clicking on the New Advocate? Register Now link and complete the attestation, or you can register by calling 1-866-728-4368.

7. How do I register to become an Advocate?

If you are not registered as an Advocate you will need to register before you can access the security section of this site.  You can register on-line by going to the Advocate Sign-In box, clicking on the New Advocate? Register Now link and completing the attestation, or you can register by calling 1-866-728-4368.

8.     Will I have to renew my log on password?

Yes. Passwords expire every 90 days at which time you will need to create a new one.

9.   Can I provide my Sign in User ID and password to a co-worker?

Sign in information is specific to the Advocate’s patient assistance program ID, and is tied to the Advocate’s email address. Only someone who serves as an advocate should be given access to a patient’s information.

10.  When trying to Sign in I received an error message that said my account has been locked, what do I do?

For security purposes your account will lock after 5 failed attempts to Sign in. You can wait 10 minutes and try again.

11.  My password was working, but isn’t anymore. Why?

Passwords automatically expire every 90 days. You will need to create a new password.

12.  Can I use the same password again?

No. For security reasons, you will need to create a different password.

13.  Are there any requirements for setting up the security question?

The response to the security question cannot be more than 100 characters long.

14.  What browser does this site support? Why did I get a “505 error” message?

This site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) version 6 or 7 and Mozilla Firefox version 2 browsers.

If you have an older browser you may need to upgrade to one of the versions above in order to set-up an on-line account on the site. Older browsers may cause a “505 error” message to display. If you received a “505 error” message, upgrade your browser to IE 6 or 7 or Firefox 2.0 and try again.
