Do your patients need refills? Is it time to re-enroll? These and other questions can be answered
through the secure on-line account available to advocates 24/7.
Advocates who have registered on-line are able to conduct patient specific searches by using the
patient's first and last names or the ID number. Password protected information is available by patient
any time of day through an on-line account:
- Next available refill date
- Last refill date
- Re-enrollment date
- Last date of eligibility in current enrollment period
- Names of GSK medicine(s) received through the program
- Status of the patient: active, inactive, pending
- Patient's contact information and ID number
The advanced search function allows the advocate to look for all patients regardless of status,
only active patients, only pending patients, or only inactive patients.
Advocates needing more than one application at a time can order packets of 5 through their on-line accounts.
