An Advocate may be any healthcare worker involved in the Patient's care. The Advocate is responsible for obtaining, completing, and submitting the Patient's enrollment form according to the program guidelines. The Advocate will also follow up with the Patient at intervals as needed by the program.

Because Bridges to Access/ Commitment to Access is a philanthropic program, Advocates who charge excessive fees for this service will be disqualified as Program Advocates.
